Join us Sunday, November 29th for an incredible day of yoga and music as we celebrate one of the kindest and most humble people we know, Antwan Drew.

Antwan was diagnosed with kidney disease over a year ago, his medical expenses are high, and he is unable to work because he is considered high risk as he anxiously awaits a kidney donor. Antwan’s beautiful fiancé Jessica, and beautiful daughter Keira appreciate all of the love and support they have been fortunate enough to receive. Join us Sunday, November 29th as we come together to share in the practice of yoga and the love of music as we raise awareness and funds for Antwan and his beautiful family as he awaits his kidney donor.

Fun, Fabulous Funky Flow with Karen Dalury of Killington Yoga

This somewhat vigorous but very symmetrical flow is a great warm up and core wake up call to set you up for the whole day.

Vigorous Vinyasa with Lina Hanson

Join Lina as she leads you through an energetic and FUN vinyasa that ends with peaceful intention setting and chanting OM Shanti.

11:00am - 11:25am

Kripalu Yoga with Alison Hans

Learn to live the power of your practice on and off the mat. Allow Alison to direct your focus within and access your body's wisdom.

Chair Yoga with Paula Liguori

This yoga is accessible to anyone who can sit in a chair. Together, breathe slowly, move your joints, explore sun salutations and relax with Paula as your guide.

A Taste of Baptiste with Brianna McDevitt of Triumph Barre, Pilates, and Yoga

Bri focuses on mind-body awareness with a workout that empowers you to be the best you can be, both on and off the mat. Her classes blend rigorous poses with powerful flows, inspiring her students to embrace whatever shows up on the mat in each moment.

Kids' Yoga with Cristy Murphy of All Together Yoga

Allow Leah to guide you through a moving meditation, connecting the mind and body through the awareness of your breath. In your final Savasana feeling the benefits of stretching, strengthening and lengthening every muscle, ligament, joint, organ and bone in your body.

Yoga Nidra with Stephanie Jones

Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep guided relaxation that takes us into the deepest yogic sheath, the bliss body or anandamayakosha. This practice is suitable for all bodies. Be sure to have a cozy space, preferably lying down, with warm clothing, a cushion for under the knees, and a blanket to cover up.
